Why should I open a VETRA account?

It is not mandatory to have an account to shop our beautiful jewelry; you can place an order even without signing up. However, having an account offers several benefits that enhance your shopping experience.  You can track your orders and enjoy exclusive member benefits which are not available to others.

Is shopping at VETRA secure?

Yes, shopping at VETRA is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the websites of our payment partners which are completely secure.

How will I know the order is confirmed?
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, we kindly ask you to check your junk or spam mail folder, as it may have been filtered there by mistake. If you didn't receive confirmation within 24 hours . You can contact us at vetraconnect@gmail.com or through WhatsApp +919136246842 and we will respond within 24 hours.

Are there any additional charges (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on VETRA. The prices listed for all items are final for all orders within India.

How can I cancel my order?
The order once placed cannot be cancelled.  However if order needs to be returned due to any defects or issues, an unboxing video of the product within 24 hours of receiving the product should be shared with us requesting return approval.  Once the return is approved by us, you could arrange to return the product in the same packaging in which you received the product.  On receiving the product, after inspection credit points will be awarded to you which you could use for making future purchases from us.

Are the colours of products shown on the website Accurate?

Yes, our photography is taken in natural light and we believe in authenticity.  We do not alter or change the lighting to enhance the look of the actual product.  So What you See is What you Get !! However due to monitor or screen display settings at your end , there may be some variation in the products. 

Is my package Insured?

We would like to inform you that all items from VETRA are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit to the designated shipping address. However, it is important to note that once the items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

In the event that your package arrives with visible damage, we strongly advise you not to accept the parcel. By refusing to accept a damaged parcel, you can ensure that appropriate action is taken to resolve the issue and protect your rights as a customer.


I think I may have forgotten my password or email ID. What do I do now?
You can reset your password anytime by providing your registered email id and click on forgot password, you will receive a confirmation mail on your Inbox, reset your password.

There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?
