Order Processing
All the orders placed will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders received on Sunday or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Locations Within India
VETRA ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. Considering the valuable merchandise, we may not be able to deliver to some remote locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping Charges would be applicable on all domestic orders in India, except if purchased during a particular sale offering FREE SHIPPING
Delivery Time
Products would be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The time taken to receive the product may depend on many factors like pincode to be shipped to, the courier partner network etc.,, however we strive to ensure that the products reach our customers within 5 to 6 business days.
Items on which couriers place restrictions may take additional time to deliver.
